Real Estate Photography - Eugene's South Hills

The interiors aren't ready to be photographed but the exterior was clean and ready to go yesterday so I snapped a couple images for my client to use in the upcoming issue of Eugene Magazine.  Photos taken for David Holland of Barnhart Associates. (more to come!)

The house as very attractive curb-appeal with some nice landscaping and a very appealing scale for a 4,500 sq/ft house on a hill.  I wanted to make the fireplace a feature so I put it front-and-center.

I wanted to give David and the designers at Barnhart Associates Real Estate an alternative view so I pulled back and moved around the side of the house a bit.  This revealed a bit more of the homes actual size while better illustrating the distance between this house and its neighbors.  This also provides a glimpse of the view to the west.

Furniture Photography & Product Photography

Local hobbyist James Tandrow (who seems more-than-a-little-bit-humble to call himself just a hobbyist) created this shaker-style blanket chest as a wedding gift and needed a photographer to capture it visually for his records and for submission into Woodworker Magazine.  I was thrilled to have had the opportunity to direct my studio lights at this gorgeous piece of custom furniture.  The camera, as you can see, really ate up the details. Wow!

(Images were provided through high-resolution download and 8x10 prints per the magazines request.)
